Beliefs
I believe real food saves lives. I also believe that no body system works independently and that all disease starts in the gut. This means that diet and lifestyle have to work together in a balance that nourishes the entire individual. Sunshine, sleep, time with family and friends, exercise, spirituality, hobbies, and other lifestyle factors matter as much as or more than what you eat.
