What is a Health Coach?
As a certified health coach, I provide customized support to help you achieve your health goals. I have received certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), which is the biggest, most highly respected health coach training institute in the world. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and have completed the Bulletproof Mindfulness Training Course.

Group coaching is valuable because you not only get support and guidance from me, but you also gain the support of the group at a price that you can afford. A community is so important to health and longevity and these small groups are fantastic.
You get my personal attention, accountability from both myself and the group, and long-term support from a community of like-minded people.
Pop-Up Challenge Groups
These popular challenges take place most months and have different themes to keep it interesting. Sometimes we will have fitness challenges, other times they will be nutrition based (like my Sugar Shakers Challenge). These groups are free, but they usually have products or materials to buy to be able to experience the full benefit of the challenge.
